We are proud to announce that we have just release our latest dynamic web application - an online title ordering system!
Yes, now your company may offer a professional online ordering system fr title searches. All for an unbelievable low price of $49.95 per month plus $300 setup!
Below are a few screenshots and details about how the ordering system works:
| What your Clients will see: |
| Once entered into the system, your clients may log on to place or view orders as well as add comments to existing orders. Clients also have the ability to assign particular people to place the orders on behalf of their processors. When this is done, both the person placing the order and the processor will receive notifications concerning the order. |
| Placing an order: |
Notice that some information is filled in automatically. This information is entered by you in your user administration module (not shown here). The Client Name is the name of the company the user works for. The Fax Number that you may not change is the main company fax number. Notice that the person placing/requesting the order does have the ability to change the email, phone, and fax associated with this order. If Samantha is in charge of placing orders on behalf of processors, all Samantha has to do is select a processor from the drop-down list and this order is now associated with that processor. This list only shows people who work for the same company that Samantha does. |
